The Met's Chinese Treasury (gallery 219), which recreates the type of collecting and display found in 18th-century treasure cabinets (duobaoge), features some of the Museum's most precious works of Chinese art including sculptures and vessels of ivory, rhinoceros horn, glass, porcelain, and jade. Interactive digital labels provide access to object information as well as the ability to explore works of art by material and by theme.
